Netpoint Solutions is delighted to announce the appointment of Ben Cooper as our new Operations Manager.
Ben joins us with an outstanding record of achievement in Administration and more than 20 years of experience working in various related industries. Ben is highly accomplished in office management and will play a key role in the planned development and expansion at Netpoint Solutions.
Ben's role will include ensuring we provide exceptional customer service by managing the Service Desk efficiently, dealing with the day to day office management and implementing policies and procedures to improve our service further.
